...what's a street team?
The Short Version
What you do:
- You get access to all our forthcoming books as eARCS and you get to see all our beautiful covers before they're publically released.
- In exchange, you share honest reviews of the books within a week of their release day and participate in as many of our cover reveals on social media as you can.
-That's all!
You don't have to give us your favorite mug for tea, pet-sit our cats, or climb Mount Doom.
We just want your help promoting our books by word-of-mouth and social media.

To apply you must:
- be motivated by a love of speculative fiction;
-read a minimum of 4 ARCs per year leave reviews on Amazon, Goodreads, and any other bookish places you occupy on social media within a week of the book's official release;
-participate in most of our cover art reveals.
Note: You do not have to read all the books we release. As a member of the street team, you can let us know which genres/authors you prefer to read and can promote most enthusiastically!
You also do not have to be some mega-influencer. You don't have to have an IG account dedicated to books BUT if you do you'll get more merch to use in staging some of your lovely flat lay pics.

What you get:
As a member of the Stag Beetle Books Street Team, you will receive ARC copies of all the books we publish. These will come as e-books through bookfunnel.
We will occasionally issue a monthly challenge to our street team such as "request our title at your local library," "tweet about our upcoming release!," or "participate in a cover art reveal!"
The winner of each challenge will receive a prize which could be anything from a signed copy of a novel to a poster of their favorite book we've released, to swag, to previews of upcoming work, to a short video conference with one of our authors. Who knows, maybe you'll even get a shout-out in the acknowledgments section of upcoming books!
You will also get SBB swag such as bookmarks, vinyl stickers, mugs, book posters, and signed copies for promotional use and giveaways hosted at your discretion.
In short: Free books, free swag, first look at covers, and a personal connection to the authors we publish in exchange for you spreading the word about our stories. Reach out with any questions!
*If you live outside the continental US you can still be part of our Street Team. We want to share our books with you! Due to shipping costs, your ARCs will be ebook and your swag will most likely be digital.
