Bio
Fred writes speculative fiction featuring unlikely heroes, plot twists, road trips, Starbucks runs, and jokes. Recurring themes are altered consciousness, extra-dimensional beings, times of collapse and renewal, high-tech solutions to spiritual crises, and the punchline that is fate.
His short fiction has appeared in Unidentified Funny Objects 5 and 7, Daily Science Fiction, and the BSFW Kaleidocast. He is the artist and author of the Amateur Mortician webcomic series.
An active member of the Brooklyn Speculative Fiction Writers, Fred gives them much credit for his writing success.
He lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and son.
